My ability to find innovative solutions comes from the high-performing, diverse teams I lead. A strong support network enables me to pursue multiple initiatives in parallel, but my primary focus will always be client service. I believe well-rounded consultants bring even more to client service. So, I am pursuing an MBA at Johns Hopkins, serving on non-profit Executive Committees, and leading worship as a Music Director at my local church. I am passionate about breaking down education barriers and solving financial disparities for low-income families in the Upstate of South Carolina. This starts with personal investment, so you will often find me mentoring the next generation in my free time. Day-to-day, I deliver technology solutions to the Financial Services sector. For 10 years, I have focused on Property & Casualty insurance technology, ultimately delivering large-scale programs for insurance carriers that use Duck Creek, Majesco, and Insurity software. I serve as a Program Manager and have previously served as a Business Lead in multiple workstreams. At EY, Program Managers oversee the delivery of all workstreams on a client engagement, including Functional, Technical, and Testing resources. This includes managing $MM budgets; upskilling staff; establishing governance and managing change; and facilitating client workshops. Within EY, I also support our Alliance and Ecosystem motion by building Go-To-Market and Sales strategies with SaaS and iPaaS solutions namely to serve FinServ accounts. This includes the creation of end-to-end solutions that serve clients holistically with clearly identified business benefits and justified Proof of Value.
