In addition, Brad has managed several multi-family apartments over the past 8 years. His managerial duties for residential apartments include tenant prospecting, facilitating capital improvements, and cost-benefit comparisons. Brad possesses the high-level experience and developed skill-set needed to recognize opportunities and to create the greatest value for his clients. Brad currently focuses on representing the submarket of O’Hare and North DuPage to both end-users and investors. Education Brad received his accounting degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois.
