About Bradley Stone

As a Site Engineer I have successfully managed a strict rolling program of local and remote fibre telecommunications projects at a State-Wide level, ranging from $1.5k up to $200k and leading a 10 person design and construct team. I oversee program scheduling and execution, subcontractor engagement, quality assurance, safe work practices, materials management, and budgeting and forecasting. As a diligent and keenly motivated worker, I am currently seeking new and exciting challenges to utilise my leadership, management and interpersonal skills. I take the initiative and tackle new roles with optimism and energy, bringing a fresh analytical perspective to every task and opportunity. Combining an education background in Mechanical Engineering and Chemistry, I utilise a broad technical and practical skillset. I have experience working in engineering and chemistry labs, a passion for hands-on work, and integrate with confidence in mechanical plant and laboratory roles. I am fluent in the application of Australian Standards for safety, construction and hazardous substances and have undergone significant training in Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) leadership practices. I ensure an exceptional standard of safety and quality for myself and those I am responsible for, maintained through the diligent application of QA checks, safety audits and Safe Work Management Statements (SWMS).
