I am presently looking for opportunities to get my feet wet in the Information Technology Industry as I always felt that working with computers and bridging together the gap of knowledge and skill in computing was my calling in life. Skilled Customer Care professional with experience in Sales, Client Relations and Customer Service, I am working as Special Services Associate at The Home Depot. Prior to this, I was working as cashier and stocker at TNT Fireworks where I gained expertise in Customer Support and Customer Service. I have graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington with major in Economics and Information Systems. I would greatly appreciate any opportunity that would help me cultivate and further hone skills in IT Security, IT Services, IT Support Services and challenge me intellectually.
