About Bradley Thompson

Whitworth graduate with 7 years of experience in the credit union industry. I use a unique blend of logic, data analysis, humor, and a passion for education to connect with people and make the right integral decisions. I believe in using education as the main platform for improving and transforming the lives of those around us. Everyone deserves the opportunity to learn and use that information to make decisions. Education builds trust and establishes an equal starting point for everyone involved. When it comes to using data, I believe it's important to analyze the habits - the aspects that can be controlled - in order to understand the results. When we become fixated purely on results, we lose sight of the journey and can make rash decisions that can de-rail the final product. I use my current platform to provide important financial education to my members, my staff, and my community. I also have the opportunity to teach weekly financial education classes to refugees through World Relief. I know that my efforts, as small as they seem in the grand scheme of things, are helping to improve the financial health of my local community. I'm always looking for new opportunities to continue to make that positive impact and to inspire those around me to do the same. As a leader, I do my best to lead with empathy and to connect with my team members to better understand what motivates them. I work to set them up to be self-sufficient to where they can thrive without me but still know that I've got their back and am willing to provide the support that they need.
