About Bradley Tunmore

I started at BF1 Systems as a trainee wiring harness technician, learning how to build harnesses to system 25 specification. I then progressed through the ranks to reach project leader. I successfully lead the Ferrari F1 project for the past three years. This involves managing a team of up to 10 people. Scheduling their workload, training and personal development of everyone on my team. During my time as project leader I reduced build times and kept them consistently low, making sure our on-time delivery was always met. Alongside my project lead role. I am also part of the employee engagement group. This involves taking ideas from my department and discussing the benefits in the engagement group. Once an idea is agreed in the meeting, I would then feedback to the workshop any ideas we would make happen and the ones we couldn’t. I was involved in the KPI group (key performance indicator) this involves reviewing data from the harness workshop and finding the route course of any problems. We managed to bring down failures consistently each month by at least 5%. due to circumstances I am actively looking for other job opportunities.
