With an overarching passion for customer service, Brad has seamlessly made the transition from the corporate world as a Regional Manager in Retail Banking to become a successful Grocer in the Four Square brand. Having now found his calling in life, Brad strives to be the best grocer he can be and draws upon his past experience to help drive business from both a service and sales perspective. He has demonstrated strength in actively coaching and developing teams to help create successful customer centric cultures that attracts new and retains existing customers. This was recognized through the Eastern Bay of Plenty Business Excellence Awards where Ohope Beach Four Square was awarded the winners of the Customer Service & Focus Award. Brad has strong business acumen and a considered manner, demonstrates exceptional multi-functional management expertise. A passion for empowering and encouraging staff to understand what needs to be done, why it is important and possible ways of doing it to achieve the best possible outcomes. Entrepreneurial minded that has allowed for constant innovation in leadership roles and also assisted in a number of successful personal business ventures. Brad loves being part of the Foodstuffs family and feels extremely privileged to be part of a co-operative that is so focused on helping New Zealanders get more out of life.
