I am a highly accomplished EL2 Director, Project Manager, Program Manager and Executive Business Consultant with extensive experience providing strategic leadership and operational management to complex, large-scale transformation programs across the Digital Transformation Agency, Department of Health and Department of Human Services. Key projects include planning and setting the strategic direction for new digital service delivery platforms across government departments such as managing the design and delivery of business improvement proposals for Australia’s My Health Record System, and overseeing full project management and implementation lifecycle of new online services: Medicare Easyclaim and Medicare Home Based Claiming. I operate with a significant degree of independence and decision-making is highly dependent on my own professional judgement and consideration of wider departmental implications.
