About Brady Aldinger

I help companies develop employee benefit plans and control costs using innovative solutions so that they can retain and attract top talent. I am passionate about forming meaningful relationships with clients so that I can best understand their business needs in order to help them grow. I have worked in the benefits industry since 1993 and was the Co-Owner of River Benefits Consulting Group for 10+ years before the company was acquired in 2018. In this leadership role, I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business and played a vital role in the company’s growth. My experience as a business owner now helps me relate to my own clients and has given me a unique perspective on the obstacles they face on a day-to-day basis.
