About Brady Brown

I've been working with Chipotle so far since I was 16. While there I have learned many skills while I have been working my way through the various levels that they have. I have learned how to coordinate a team to succeed, even in extremely disadvantageous positions, trained 20+ new employees, many of whom had nor prior work experience, and earned a few certifications as well for my position as Kitchen Leader and well as Service Leader. Currently as Service Leader, I strive to run efficient shifts as smoothly as possible to maintain good labor as well as having a happy crew. I do a basic inventory on a daily basis, and a comprehensive inventory once a week, where I have to manage my time as well as counting effectively and efficiently so that the inventory count is done in a timely manner. I also count cash drawers and ensure that all of the numbers add up and aren't off to ensure the security of the drawers as well as ensuring that cashiers are doing their jobs properly. As I learn more skills and experience, I hope that through study at the G. Brint Ryan College of Business at UNT I can learn to be an effective accountant in the future with my CPA certification working at either an accounting firm or an accountant for a corporation.
