About Brady Burg

Leadership isn’t taught you are born with it” as my mentor would say throughout my training in the Kroger SLDP store management program. I have been with Kroger 10 years all through high school and college. Starting as a bagger, produce clerk, Pickup selector, pickup lead, e-commerce supervisor, and most recently was promoted to an Assistant Store leader in 2022 In 2021 I graduated with an associates degree in business management technology and a minor in real estate from the University of Cincinnati Linder College of business. What do I have to offer? I provide the ability to lead a team in a fast paced work environment and to coach and teach people company values, standards, expectations, and best practices of any Fortune 500 company. I also had an internship through Keller Williams as a Realtor assistant. During that time I was able to work on my communication skills early through high school and my first part of my college journey by door knocking, setting up showings, hosting open houses, staging homes, cold calling, and going through the closing process.
