About Brady Clements

Who is Brady Clements? I fell in love with technology when my parents brought our very first PC. From that day technology has stuck with me throughout my years as one of the core drivers for why I do what I do. This changed over the years as I matured from a young boy and realised that the ultimate reason, I loved computers was the ability they had to help people in so many ways. As my career evolve from the family tech guy through to a professional technical and management career background I realised my focus shifted from the tech itself to helping people & business grow. Using my experience with people, process, and technology management I have a unique set of skills to help business owners understand their current situation and build a road map to Technology adoption to increase productivity and increase their bottom line allowing them to get the most out of their system. Over the last 10 years, I have been fortunate to work in a diverse range of roles to understand the full lifecycle of a customer from service delivery, customer service, and technical support. This has given me a great understanding of the rapid changes needed to deliver an exceptional customer experience to all customers. Tied closely with my focus on developing my clients is my passion for developing more effective processes. Whilst driving our own team daily I leverage their experience with our customers to review processes and procedures to ensure we put the customer at the centre of every process. Process improvement is not only a passion but a key strength and what makes me valuable as a leader. My true passion is my family. My amazing wife(Krystal) & son are what drive me to deliver results day in and day out and nothing excites me more than to see them at the end of the working day. We love to eat out and support local businesses as much as possible(that can be hard with a young child!) but if we aren’t out and about we are buying local produce and entertaining at home.
