With change a constant in the travel and dining industries, I deliver operational solutions that help both OpenTable and KAYAK address those shifts while supporting initiatives to improve efficiencies, drive growth, and scale. This formula of combining my quantitative expertise and project management skills with effective communication is one I’ve implemented successfully on many fronts in my tenure, inspiring confidence in leadership and co-workers that I deliver results. Since joining the company, I’ve worked my way up in a series of positions created specially to capitalize on my skillset at ensuring that operational systems support business initiatives ranging from acquisition integrations to product launches. When change is on the horizon, I am the go-to person for studying the impact of those changes and strategizing improvements that will drive company success. The keys to my ability to contribute can be summed up in this way: I’m hard-wired to problem solve. Whether it’s instituting strategies to cut costs while increasing customer service or launching a new ERP just as COVID restrictions set in and the workforce transitioned to remote, I’m not content to just do a job, but look for ways to do a job better. As a result, some of my major accomplishments include: Launching two new billing systems that improved efficiencies, reduced risk and added revenue streams Directed multiple acquisition integrations Built out money and time saving processes generating over a million in savings I speak many languages. Sure, I studied Spanish and lived in Italy, but while on the job I’m fluent in speaking to company executives who are looking for answers, customers who are looking for solutions, and IT personnel looking for ways to improve how business gets done. From Excel to NetSuite to Salesforce to MicroStrategy, I can bridge the technical and financial sides of a discussion. My viewfinder sees the big picture without losing sight of the all the details and follow-through to make that picture come together. My natural curiosity compels me to dive deep into the business to understand how our systems and processes power our success and what the impact is downstream when changes are made at an executive level. This worldview is highly valued as I meet regularly and work directly with executive leadership to ensure that the frameworks are in place to support business initiatives.
