About Brady Haggard

I am a multi-career professional providing extensive, unique, and successful experience in the legal and education fields. My early career included pre-trial negotiation, case preparation and litigation appearances for large corporations including American Express, GMAC and UCLA Medical Center on collection matters in Los Angeles, CA. In Las Vegas, NV, I recently served as Director of Business Affairs for Shoreline Entertainment, Inc. a California corporation and Mainsail, LLC, a Nevada partnership which wholly owns Shoreline. My roles included contract drafting, negotiation and management, human resources management, and corporate governance and compliance. Earlier, I managed legal and human resource matters for a start-up laser-tag company, Ultrazone. Ultrazone used new and innovative software and hardware technology and obtained necessary licensing and trademark registrations. During my time with Ultrazone, the company expanded from one unopened corporate site to over seventy franchised, licensed, and corporate sites in over twenty states, including sites at Six Flags theme parks, the Ilikai Hotel in Oahu, Hawaii, and Circus-Circus Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. Following the sale of Ultrazone (which I also managed and completed) new interests, and a desire to be closer to my family, resulted in my career change to education. I have enjoyed a career in education which has honed my people skills and required quick adaptability to multiple challenges, including student personalities and constantly changing state and local policies, procedures, and regulations. I have been recognized and awarded by the Oklahoma State Department of Education and my school district multiple times for my excellence in this field. I am excited to bring my unique experience and abilities to an organization which will present me with new and varied challenges and opportunities. I am seeking a position focused on corporate law, contract negotiation/management and/or regulatory compliance.
