For the last couple of years I have been working for GenSpark as a Consultant for Synovus Bank. For Synovus I work as an IT Engineer where I primarily work as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer. As a developer, I have worked on several large projects including implementing a CSDM Framework for their existing CMDB and I worked on a team that developed and implemented ServiceNow's Virtual Agent where I was the primary developer of the Natural Language Unit. I've also been involved in smaller projects such as standing up Project Portfolio Management and Damand Manager. As a ServiceNow administrator, I have experience in reporting, designing dashboards, maintaining user records, creating and editing workflows, maintaining catalogs and creating catalog items, working with various teams to maintain the health of the CMDB. As an administrator, I often work with teams from across the company to help them meet their needs inside of the platform by striving to deliver solutions without over committing and underperforming. I have a reputation of polite, professional and knowledgeable helpfulness.
