Iv been in the polished concrete industry for just under 6 years. 5 years of that was spent working for Jones tile doing overnight renovations on big box stores. During my time at Jones tile I was able to become proficient at many skills that led me to after a few years become a crew lead. Thoes skills include joint filling, saw cutting,applying densifyers and hardeners, sealers and concrete stains. grinding using machines and very professional hand grinder. Also learned to apply and later teach other to acquire the same set of skills that I had learned. After 5 years of traveling and being on the road I decided to get off the road and find something closer to my family. I had a few different jobs along the same field of work, residential epoxy jobs ex. Once I started working with polished and decorative concrete which is where I reside today I really started expanding and diving deeper into the skills and leadership that I learned at Jones tile. Including but not limited to installment of overlays, full aggregate polishing, different types of machinery ( Husqvarna electric remote control grinders ) and also machines I had used for years. Everyday I wake up looking for new things to interest me in this beautiful world of concert polishing.
