Washington Managing Broker eXp Realty November 2016 – Present Brady grew up in San Diego, Florida, South Carolina, and Virginia Beach VA. After Graduating High School, he joined the Navy and became a Nav Tech and Diver on submarines. His true passion was found and he spent the latter part of his career diving with mini subs, Rov’s and a group of fun loving guys! In 2004 2 years prior to retiring he obtained his Virginia Real Estate License. Currently assigned as the Waterfront Communications officer he was used to managing and mentoring people. He immediately started working on his managing broker’s license. 2006 He honorably retired and began his full time real estate career. In 2007 he received his Managing Brokers license. During his first 3 years he was associated with Long and Foster Realtors out of Virginia Beach. At this time, he was also researching a new company Keller Williams and decided with some friends to open one up in Virginia Beach, one of the first on the East Coast. It was a difficult task but well worth it as the company shared some of the profits called “Profit Share” During this time from 2006-2014 Brady was a member of the ALC “Accredited Leadership Council” Was the Team Leader from time to time and taught classes to new and experienced agents. He also grew his personal downline of agents to 122 resulting in a sizeable monthly profit share check. In 2014, his family relocated to Gig Harbor WA. To be closer to his daughter and their grandkids. Brady decided to open a new out of the box company with the latest technology and stayed with them until Nov. 2016 During his last few months watching his KW profit share checks come in he really started thinking about retirement and the power of passive income over transactional income. He was then re-introduced to eXp Realty and Revenue Share. It was again another source of passive income only a much stronger model and not dependent on company profit.
