About Brady Janes

Educating others has been a theme across my roles as a teacher, professional coach and an advocate. Throughout my 20+ years of experience in education and administration, I have connected with students in a variety of ways starting at the K-12 level by being middle school teacher, advising the Nevada Governor’s Youth Advisory Council (GYAC), and evaluating and managing grants and programs that impact Nevada’s adolescent health and education, all the way up to the undergraduate and graduate level by teaching and curriculum development in undergraduate, graduate, and professional programs. In reflecting on my career development, I thrive in work that allows me to shine in creating harmony, problem-solving, figuring out how different people can work together productively, analysis and decision-making, and a great desire to learn and continuously improve. I excel at thinking critically about the strategic intentions and consequences of plans, and tactical implementation of the supporting operations and processes. I am a do-er and my overall strength is in executing. I know how or will figure out how to make things happen.
