Background

About Brady Kunkel

I’m a project and operations professional passionate about delivering exceptional results through structure, collaboration, and innovation. With a background in supply chain management, project coordination, operations, and sales, I bring a versatile mix of strategic thinking and hands-on experience to every role. A few years ago, my brothers and I co-founded Austin Trim Carpenters, a custom carpentry and cabinetry business serving residential and light commercial clients across Austin. That entrepreneurial journey taught me how to lead projects end to end, build strong client relationships, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced and competitive market. In my current role, I oversee project closeout operations for multifamily developments, focusing on workflow optimization, quality assurance, and client satisfaction. I’ve also begun integrating AI tools into my work to improve tracking, documentation, and communication as part of my ongoing commitment to continuous improvement and technology-driven efficiency. I thrive in environments where organization, accountability, and problem solving drive success. I’m drawn to opportunities that connect project delivery, client engagement, and scalable process improvement to help teams work smarter, deliver better, and create lasting impact.
