About Brady Maller

I started at POLYWOOD on the shop floor over two decades ago, and that experience still shapes how I run the business today. We built a category that didn't exist by betting that consumers would pay for high-quality furniture that would last, rather than furniture that they’d have to replace every year. They did, and it set the tone for everything that followed. At POLYWOOD, sustainability isn't a corporate initiative-it’s our engineering DNA. We engineer waste out from the start and design for infinite recyclability. We’ve pioneered a vertically integrated, made-to-order manufacturing model that allows us to deliver premium products with real-time availability. By designing waste out of the system from the start, we are proving that a circular economy is one day achievable.Growing from a small job shop to a team of over two thousand hasn’t changed our core. I lead with trust and authenticity at the forefront, which is why I care as much about the people on our floor as I do about the product leaving it. We aren't just making furniture. We're proving that a domestic brand can lead a global category through relentless innovation and a refusal to compromise on how it gets done.Learn more at polywood.com.
