With over two decades at Millennium, I’ve worked alongside exceptional leaders who taught me that great leadership blends vision with grit—and that sustainable success is built on trust, adaptability, and execution. I step into this role with deep respect for our legacy and a clear focus on the future. My aim is to steward Millennium through its next chapter with purpose: championing strategic growth, empowering talent, and evolving our capabilities to meet the needs of tomorrow’s credit unions. Outside the boardroom, I’m a family guy at heart—married to my best friend, Sandra, with four grown kids and a growing squad of grandkids. I believe in leading a balanced life, investing in relationships, staying active, and making time for strong coffee and weak golf games.
