About Brady Noniewicz

As a Mental Performance Consultant, I help individuals achieve their full potential by providing evidence-based resources to improve competitive and professional performance. With a Master of Science in Sport Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University, I have developed a passion for understanding the psychological aspects of performance and how they can be enhanced through cognitive techniques, stress-management procedures, and personalized mental training programs. I have over a year of experience in this role, working with athletes and professionals to develop and deliver tailored mental training programs. I also conduct assessments to identify performance barriers and achieve measurable client success. Additionally, I have been a Sport Psychology Consultant Intern at Southern Connecticut State University since January 2025, where I provide mental performance support to collegiate athletes recovering from injuries. I am committed to helping people overcome challenges and reach their goals through mental resilience, focus, and overall performance.
