Background
About Brady Williams
Customer Service: I grew the ability to turn a bad situation into a great experience for customers. At GoHealth I often would have angry customers on the phone and redirect their anger into something my Medicare plans could solve for them. By the end of the calls they would be so excited and thanking me for what I had done for them. Hearing their excitement at the end of each call would drive me to work as hard as I did each day.Natural Salesman: I've developed a very keen way of selling that allows me to relate to customers and make them feel excited and loosen up during the sale. At GoHealth I would connect with the customer at their level, make them laugh, convince them that I could offer them a better plan then any other Medicare Agent on the market, and bring them to tears often because they found hope in the plan I was offering them. My personal strategies have made my average sales conversion rates compete with other top sales professionals in all my sales jobs.Adaptability: This is a skill that’s helped me connect with all different personalities. I’ve been able to make lots of people’s attitudes change by becoming relatable. During Door to Door sales I learned how to adapt to other people’s personalities so we could connect at their level. Each person had a different set of hobbies, interests, dislikes, and pet-peeves. I had to find these trigger points in people quickly by reading their responses to compliments or complaints to gain their trust and liking. This was a powerful tool to become friends with random strangers quickly while standing on their very own doorsteps when they wanted to be left alone!Leadership/Management: Being a leader has helped me gain respect by many individuals throughout my working years. At Mavis Tires & Brakes I was sent to failing stores to rebuild them. When I'd arrive at my new stores, my 1st focus would be to gain the trust and respect of the employees. They’ve been there longer then me and believed they knew best for the store. I'd learn the ropes of the store and find the failing areas. After a few days I'd begin motivating the employees to work harder by setting goals to grow and make more money. After getting on the same page we'd develop a team effort to increase the stores proficiency. We build our customer satisfaction by shortening the customer’s waiting times, we'd personalize with customers, and check in with them every so often. The customer’s appreciation grew the failing stores. They had to have a mind-blowing experience that they couldn’t help but to rave about us to their friends.
