About Brady Wright

I am a Financial Planning Associate who joined Golden Road Advisors full-time in January of 2024 after a successful summer internship and completing my undergraduate studies. I hold a BS in Business Administration, Finance, and a minor in Wealth Management from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business, and I am currently on the path to becoming a CFP® Professional. Like many in the financial planning profession, I took a circuitous path to this role. I discovered my passion for finance while immersed in college. Then, I began looking at careers in finance and realized that financial planning would allow me to nurture my interests while positively impacting people’s lives. At that time, the University of Florida was launching its wealth management minor, so I began taking classes and loved them! What I like most about financial planning is that it is both an art and a science. Most financial roles focus on data analysis and pursuing profits. In contrast, in wealth management, I can engage with clients on a personal level and structure strategic plans around people, families, and the values most important to their legacy. Originally from Rockford, IL, I moved to Florida to study at the University of Florida. I am happy to be in Tampa and look forward to becoming involved in the community.
