Earlier served as Group Editor - Political Affairs & Special Projects at Zee Media Corporation Limited and Channel Head/Editor, Zee Hindustan, 24 Hrs Hindi TV News Channel. Before joining ZMCL, served as Executive Editor - ABP Asmita, 24 Hrs Gujarati TV Channel of ABP News Network. Also functioned as Editor-National Affairs for ABP News Network in Delhi. Prior to this lead Gujarat news operations of 3 leading TV news channels of India, Zee News, Aaj Tak and ABP News, between to 2014. Tracked Narendra Modi since Day One of his Chief Ministership in 2001 to his victory in 2014 LS Elections. Interviewed him several times during this period. As Editor-National Affairs, ABP News Network (2014-15) covered the PMO, all major national-international developments and more than half a dozen overseas tours of PM Narendra Modi, including his first overseas tour to Bhutan and much celebrated visit to USA in 2014. Participated in several workshops including international workshop on “Understanding Ageing and Development” at Chiang Mai, Thailand, November 2003. Apart from academic seminars and workshops, visited several countries like UK, Singapore, Hong Kong and Bangladesh for first hand grasp of society, government and media scenario of above mentioned countries.
