I am an inspiring and energetic manager with international experience. My strong intercultural communication skills and commercial flair have proven valuable when developing partner networks or negotiating project applications. I am an project-oriented organizer with creative ideas and a zest for life! After 12 years working in Higher Education in Spain, The Netherlands and Belgium I switched to a more performance-driven, corporate environment and I enjoy every minute of it. My interest in IT, my experience with the public sector, my project experience and my life-long learning attitude make me a valuable bid manager. Leading the team in Belgium, I remain true to my educational principles of appreciative inquiry and critical companionship, while incorporating company interests and corporate values.
