MA in Philosophy of Public Affairs. Interested in Ethics and Social and Political Philosophy: Axel Honneth, Critical Theory, Michel Foucault, Ian Hacking. Further interests: social work, social justice and autonomy. Respecting and fostering client autonomy is an important guiding principle in social work. In my PhD I explore how to put this into practice. My research seeks to explore what ‘autonomy’ means in relation to the concept of ‘social freedom’ (Axel Honneth), and what this means for ‘good social work’.
