About Bram Slits

I am a social and open minded person with an 'out of the box' spirit with an eye for detail. Establishing and maintaining relationships is essential to me, both privately and professionally. In this I always motivate and encourage people to think from the positive instead of the negative.My heart lies in designing, developing, setting up, rolling out and optimizing digital solutions, based on the principle 'human centered technology'. In my vision of digital (collaborative) working, knowledge, information and data are the raw materials of a modern organization that deserve more and more attention in a digital age. As a professional, I look at every organization primarily from an enterprise perspective. In this I look at people, culture, policy, company (processes), organization, information and technology. In concrete terms, I help people and companies to improve, optimize and innovate digital solutions, working environments and (digital) workplaces based on business objectives and the application of user-friendly digital solutions. All with the aim of realizing a better way of digital (collaborative) working between people and organizations. With a structured, holistic and multidisciplinary attitude, but always with a flexible and pragmatic approach, I feel challenged to take on challenges and problems with common sense and to solve them as effectively as possible. Being able to give attention and care to all parts and aspects of a process – from thoughts/ideas to (end) results – is in my experience the key to success. This ensures that both people and companies keep a grip and control over their digital assets,(digital) working environments are functioning optimally and ICT resources become more reliable and cost-efficient.My credo: ‘ICT, it's still human work'
