I thrive at the intersection of technology, customer requirements, and strategic road mapping—where Design for Manufacturing, architecture choices, and team dynamics come together to enable robust, high‑quality products.With deep experience across the full product development lifecycle, I enjoy empowering diverse engineering teams to take ownership, collaborate effectively, and consistently overdeliver on ambitious innovation roadmaps.In my current role at VDL ETG T&D, I’m proud to drive the development of ultra‑precision, high‑complexity modules and systems used in next‑generation manufacturing equipment. I work with multidisciplinary teams across mechanics, mechatronics, electronics, software, and system engineering to architect and industrialize solutions that push the boundaries of accuracy, cleanliness, and reliability. My focus is on structuring teams, improving technical decision‑making, and enabling predictable delivery in an environment defined by nanometer tolerances, tight contamination control requirements, and demanding customer roadmaps.
