About Bramley Gratien

My journey in human services began with a strong educational foundation. I earned my Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Tompkins Cortland Community College in 2006, followed by a Bachelor of Arts from SUNY Oswego in 2009. In 2010, I launched my career in the not-for-profit human services field as a Residence Counselor with Transitional Living Services, supporting individuals with Traumatic Brain Injuries. My passion for advocacy and program development led me to The Arc Madison Cortland in 2012, where I quickly advanced from Program Plan Coordinator to Program Plan Manager within a year. Over the next four years, I honed my leadership skills, overseeing program operations and ensuring quality service delivery. In 2017, I transitioned into compliance and oversight as the Incident Coordinator for The Arc Madison Cortland, where I played a key role in incident investigations and regulatory adherence. In 2023, I took on a new challenge as a Quality Assurance Specialist with the Kelberman Center. In this role, I serve as the agency’s dedicated investigator for reportable incidents, leveraging my expertise in OPWDD regulations while expanding my knowledge of OMIG compliance. Additionally, I conduct internal quality and compliance audits to enhance program integrity and service excellence. With a deep commitment to quality assurance and regulatory compliance, I am eager to bring my investigative expertise and leadership skills to organizations dedicated to impactful, person-centered services.
