As the Sr. Director of Software Sales at Kontron (Kontron acquired Bsquare in December 2023). I lead the sales strategy and execution for a global provider of IoT solutions for intelligent devices and systems. With more than 20 years of sales and account management experience, I have a passion for delivering value to our customers and exceeding their expectations. I have a proven track record of achieving outstanding sales performance, winning the President's Club award twice, and managing large, complex, and demanding accounts in the healthcare and medical education industries and OEMs. I am an innovative thinker who adapts to changes in trends, markets, and industry, and wears multiple hats to drive internal and external change. I also have a strong ability to read the dynamics of complex opportunities and tailor solutions based on unique institutional needs. I successfully led a team of 8 client success managers who manage clients in the US and internationally, working with the top medical schools in the US. I've taken that experience and now lead the Software division of Kontron America. Working in the IoT space crossing many verticals, I am in charge of IoT licensing, Device Management and Consulting. I work closely with outside and inside hardware sales teams and leaders and directly manage a team of 4. I interact daily with Marketing and Product owners regarding go to market campaigns and client demos and outreach.
