After graduating from Winona State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, my career journey has taken me through various roles and experiences, each contributing to who I am today.With over 17 years of experience in customer service, patient account services, and sales, I've become adept at effective communication in various settings – whether it's face-to-face, business-to-business, or over the phone.Colleagues describe me as a driven and resourceful individual, known for maintaining a positive, proactive attitude even in the face of adversity. I'm self-motivated and set goals consistently, measuring my success by the effort I invest.Growing up in northwest Milwaukee instilled in me the values of hard work, loyalty, and determination. I firmly believe that a positive mindset breeds positive results, and I've always focused on comparing my progress to my past self, embracing growth, and striving for continuous improvement.My career journey started with people-facing roles in customer service and sales, spanning various industries, including hospitality, retail, and even door-to-door sales. My path eventually led me to a role in sales and marketing at TMP Directional Marketing, where I honed my skills in Search Engine Marketing and Optimization, particularly focusing on organic search through Google and online yellow pages sites.During my time at TMP, I had the privilege of hearing Dr. John Francis speak, whose inspiring story in his book 'Planetwalker' led me to dedicate myself to social equity. I returned to school while working full-time at Verizon Wireless, earning my degree and committing to a career dedicated to helping those in need and promoting conservation, all while actively volunteering both locally and nationally.My journey then took me to roles at prestigious institutions like the Mayo Clinic, Zumbro Valley Mental Health Center, and most recently, as the CFO at Ehyt LLC, an internet service provider. In my current role, I manage the financial portfolio of the company, overseeing financial activities, billing services, and client relationships. I also actively engage in client satisfaction initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement and client-centric solutions.I'm passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others, promoting social equity, and contributing to the growth of the organizations I serve. I look forward to connecting with like-minded professionals and exploring new opportunities to drive meaningful change and innovation.
