About Brandi Smith

Brandi provides direct leadership and management to the MLTSS training team responsible for employee training material, curriculum development, webinars, and other training initiatives for the MLTSS line of business. She oversees the development and implementation of staff training requirements and is accountable for program enhancements and/or modifications. She ensures best practices are utilized when delivering peer led education, eLearning, and in-person training to employees. Brandi is a dedicated, accountable, and competent Nurse Manager who has worked with BlueCross since 2011. She has worked in varied settings within the company which includes training, educating, and consulting for the BlueCare line of business, population health case management for the Commercial line of business, and care coordination for Long-Term Services and Supports.
