About Brandi Walker

With a decade of experience at PulteGroup, I’ve cultivated a strong track record of reliability, efficiency, and team leadership. Starting in warranty and advancing into permitting, I’ve had the opportunity to grow alongside an industry-leading company while contributing to key areas of the business. I thrive in fast-paced, people-focused environments and bring a high level of ownership to every task. Whether I’m coordinating complex permitting processes or stepping up for cross-functional initiatives, I’m known for clear communication, problem solving, and being available when it matters most. Beyond my core responsibilities, I’ve had the privilege of serving as Chair of both the Outreach and Built to Honor Committees, and I’ve proudly contributed to our outreach efforts every year since 2016. These roles have strengthened my leadership, communication, and ability to connect with a wide range of people. I bring a strong mix of operational excellence, people skills, and culture-first thinking to everything I do. I’m always excited to take on new challenges that involve relationship building, trust, and delivering results - especially in areas that directly support customers and business growth.
