Certainly! Here's a LinkedIn bio based on the information you provided- With over a decade of experience in the janitorial and maintenance industry, I bring a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of success. Beginning as a subcontractor cleaning cineplexes, I quickly advanced to managing operations for grocery stores, honing skills in stripping and waxing, machine operations, safety, and maintenance. Servicing renowned brands such as Metro, Food Basic, Shoppers Drug Mart, and No Frills, I developed a keen understanding of industry standards and client expectations. Transitioning to Alberta, I further refined my customer service acumen at Safeway before venturing into entrepreneurship. As the founder and operator of my own cleaning company, I cultivated a robust clientele, managing over 10 commercial accounts and 100 residential accounts, achieving a gross revenue exceeding 1 million dollars annually. Throughout my career, I've demonstrated adept leadership, problem-solving, scheduling, route planning, and CRM management skills. However, like many, the challenges posed by COVID necessitated the closure of my business as clients faced financial constraints. I am now eager to leverage my comprehensive skill set and industry knowledge to contribute meaningfully to a new opportunity. I am confident that my experience and dedication make me a valuable asset to any organization seeking a dynamic and resourceful team member.
