With over 20 years of expertise in computing and cybersecurity, I currently lead a team in Knowledge Management for N6 Afloat Operations at Military Sealift Command (MSC). In this role, I drive the development and execution of knowledge strategies that support operational continuity, enhance collaboration across maritime missions, and ensure timely and accurate information flow for afloat command and control. My leadership supports mission readiness by aligning digital systems, processes, and personnel with the strategic objectives of naval operations. Previously, I served as a Database Administrator SME at the Joint Chiefs of Staff, specializing in Global Force Management. In that role, I provided critical database architecture and management solutions that enhanced decision-making processes for strategic military planning and force readiness. My work ensured the integration of complex data environments, supporting high-level defense operations with secure, efficient, and scalable database systems. My technical skill set includes subject matter expertise in SharePoint, SQL, PHP, and network protocols such as TCP/IP, along with extensive experience in cryptographic security. I have designed and implemented secure data architectures across multiple defense domains, enabling real-time information integrity and operational effectiveness in support of both classified and unclassified missions. Earlier in my career, I played a key role in advancing radar engineering and cybersecurity capabilities within the National Airspace System. Notably, I led the implementation of passive radar technology for the Northern Border Test Bed, a project initiated by a 2018 Congressional Mandate. My work in cross-domain solutions and cryptographic protocols has directly contributed to strengthening national defense infrastructure and secure interagency communications. Spanning roles across the Department of Defense and federal security sectors, my career reflects a consistent focus on developing innovative, mission-critical technologies that reinforce national security, improve operational efficiency, and support the strategic directives of U.S. military and intelligence operations.
