Demonstrated a strong aptitude for the trade and leadership, progressing to Co-Foreman and eventually Foreman. Successfully led crews to enhance the comfort and security of Indiana homeowners’ most valuable asset—their homes. Departed to pursue a career advancement opportunity with my Father-In-Law-Chardon Labs Service Technician- Maintained strong relationships with over 75 account members from schools and businesses. Conducted testing of makeup water for cooling towers and boiler systems, gaining extensive knowledge of chemical traits and water composition applied to these systems. While this role provided valuable experience, I chose to return to Indiana Foundation Service to better support my family, leaving my previous position on excellent terms - Groundworks / Indiana Foundation Service -Foreman/ Service Tech (Current Position)-Upon my return, I was reinstated as a Foreman, leading crews to success through meticulous planning, organization, and hard work. I later applied for and secured the Service Technician position, which I currently hold. In this role, I visit 3-4 homes daily, building rapport with homeowners, inspecting and maintaining previously installed systems, diagnosing issues, and recommending solutions. I also provide quotes and close deals. This position has significantly enhanced my customer service skills across phone, in-person, and written communication, contributing to my professional growth
