Hi! I’m Brandon Bailey with Coldwell Banker Prime Properties and lifelong resident of the Capital Region. It would be an honor to work with you! I grew up in Galway, NY and served 6 years in the US Air Force. Currently, I live in Duanesburg with my wife, three daughters, three dogs, two birds, and a partridge in a pear tree (just kidding, it’s actually a bunch of crazy, but friendly chickens). I love spending time with my family, enjoying the outdoors, and remodeling homes. I hold an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice at SUNY and have a strong, broad understanding of the legal system after serving the state’s justice system as a NYS Court Officer. I am an avid DIY’er and love being able to remodel the old into something new! With over 23 years of experience working with various contractors, I have a strong, general knowledge in almost all aspects of construction. All these careers combined have given me the opportunity to meet incredible people from all walks of life, teaching me that respect, compassion, and dedication goes a long way in relationships, no matter how long or short the interaction may be. Learning these skills has led me into Real Estate where I hope to continue to meet more people, help others, and build relationships that last, long past a closing! I know first hand that buying or selling property can be stressful, confusing, and laboring. Being a third time homeowner myself, I have extensively worked with Real Estate Agents and Mortgage Lenders on Purchase and Refinance Loans through various financial situations and hardships. I continue to learn as much as possible with each new experience to further assist in any way possible.
