I am an insurance professional serving in the role of Commercial Lines and Large Account Services Supervisor. I have spent the last 23.50+ years working in various Claims and Claims management roles to include: Claim Services Manager-BP Claims, Claim Manager-AMD, Claim Manager-Workers'​ Compensation, Sr Workers'​ Compensation Claim Representative and Claim Representative-AMD. As a Sr Workers'​ Compensation Claim Representative, I attended account/client claim reviews and handled moderate to high exposure cases for IL, WI and VA. I am looking for more responsibility (including title) and the ability to be more account and agency facing. I have spent the last 18 years managing a variety of teams at Sentry including 2.5 years managing a Workers'​ Compensation unit, 5.5 years managing an AMD unit and 10 years managing an Operations unit. I completed my M.B.A.(Master's-Business Administration) in August, 2015. In my current role of CL Large Account Services Supervisor, I serve as the claim liaison between our Dealer Large Account Direct Writer accounts, Large Hortica accounts, Loss Sensitive Large Transportation and Regional accounts. I facilitate claim/stewardship reviews with our customers and service the Dealer Large Account Direct Writer accounts, Loss Sensitive Large Transportation, Large Hortica accounts and Regional Accounts. I believe having meaningful relationships with our independent agency partners and account partners is critical. When I'm not at the office, I enjoy running, golfing, boating, lifting weights, hunting and spending time with my family. I'm a firm believer of the Toastmasters International organization and their mission. My long-term Toastmaster goal is the coveted DTM Designation. I have a passion for learning ways to continually improve my presentation and public speaking. At the end of the day, I want an opportunity to advance and truly believe I have more to offer.
