About Brandon Buell

As a Sr. Consultant at LMI, I develop and implement effective processes and solutions that cater to the needs of federal government clients. With over three years of consulting experience, I have honed my skills in business process and performance management, organizational transformation and change, and client relationship management. I have a proven track record of facilitating the assessment, strategizing, and execution of business process improvements and practices that enhance business operations and performance management across multiple organizations and domains. Before joining LMI, I served six years in the U.S. Army, progressing from a team leader to an operations manager and organizational trainer. I gained valuable experience in leading, managing, and training teams of up to 50 members, as well as planning and executing complex and critical projects and operations. I also applied my analytical and research skills to perform process analysis, create reports, and develop project-based solutions and strategies. I am currently pursuing an MBA degree to further advance my knowledge and skills in business administration and management. I am passionate about delivering high-quality results and creating positive impact for my clients and stakeholders. I am always eager to learn, collaborate, and innovate in my work.
