I have spent the past 2 years at the #1 Culinary Arts College in the US by Niche.com -Culinary Institute Lenotre fine tuning my skills as a Chef. I spent 40 weeks for a total of approximately hours in the kitchen at Lenotre enhancing my skills as a Chef. My anticipated graduation is Summer of 2023 in which I will have an associate degree in culinary arts. During that time, we used ingredients from around the world and curated simple and complex dishes. Although I have limited professional experience; I have been cooking since the age of 11. I come from a family of men who cook. I spent time in the kitchen with my paternal grandfather learning to make soul food. I made cakes for the church as a teen and spent weekends in the kitchen & on the grill with my father. I host holiday dinners and game nights for my family and friends. In addition to assisting with food preparation for Lenotre graduations. On the weekends I spend my time curating new dishes and developing my own recipes. Culinary Art school was the avenue I chose to fine tune my skills and solidify who I am as a trained Chef.
