About Brandon Callaway

My purpose is to help teams realize their fullest potential through robust change communication strategies, instructional design, and training and development program execution. Corporate training and communication have historically been an afterthought for many businesses. Comically underwhelming and underfunded, training programs and internal communications have long represented a chasm between employee and employer. Even now, according to an Energage survey, only 70% of employees say they get the formal training they want for their careers. Thankfully, a large spotlight has been shone on this gap in recent years. Companies are realizing that the benefits of a robust and innovative learning and development strategy are not to be undersold. Improved training and communication directly translates to improved employee engagement, retention, and morale. It results in fewer and less severe errors in work, streamlines workflows and processes, and could even make it easier to attract top talent. The benefits don't just apply to companies, though. Employees who receive top-tier training are more likely to be happy at work, which can translate to being happier in their personal lives as well. Being happy at work is associated with better physical health, lowered risks of depression, and an elevated overall sense of wellbeing. My passion is to see that every employee receives the highest quality curriculum possible, so that they can experience what it means to be fully successful at work.
