As a Battalion Commander at US Army, I lead a major contracting support division with multiple departments and an annual portfolio of $250M, supporting operations across Europe. With 20 plus years of professional work and training in dynamic and challenging global environments, I have developed a strong expertise in contracting, data analytics, and stakeholder engagement. My mission is to effectively communicate across customers at echelon, synchronize key stakeholders, identify problems, and create lasting solutions to provide contracting support to over customers. I also coach and develop subordinate leaders with varying skill levels, resulting in promotions and successful continuity during high turnover periods. Additionally, I actively manage organizational talent through internal promotions, external hiring actions, and a deliberate training plan.
