Brandon is the Director of Programming and Women’s Racquets at Royal Oaks Country Club in Dallas, Texas. In this leadership role, he is responsible for guiding the overall vision of the club’s racquets programs and creating an exceptional experience for members. He manages all aspects of women’s racquet sports, including program development, staff leadership, and player engagement. His focus on innovation and quality has consistently driven participation and elevated performance in both tennis and pickleball. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ferris State University, where he also completed a minor in Digital Marketing and a concentration in Professional Tennis Management. This academic foundation has equipped him with strong business acumen and strategic marketing skills, which he applies to grow racquets programming and strengthen the club’s community presence. Brandon holds professional certifications from several respected organizations, including RSPA, PPR, PPTR, PTR, DUPR, and RPO. These credentials reflect his dedication to continued professional development and excellence across all racquet sports. Known for his strategic mindset, strong leadership, and member-focused approach, Brandon is committed to building a racquets culture centered on inclusivity, engagement, and long-term growth.
