About Brandon Derrow

Assistant GM/Communications coordinator with more than 15 years experience in the retail ecommerce industry. Due to the nature of our business I've attended yearly FSA-certified training to stay up to date on cGMPs and other FDA/FTC regulations. At Future Formulations I started as a content writer who also provided customer service support. I worked directly with the marketing department to create enticing web and ad content that created an impression but also followed FTC regulations. I was then promoted to communications coordinator, which made me responsible for all content creation and marketing for the brand. As the communications coordinator, I worked closely with other departments to create and implement effective marketing materials. In this role I stayed up-to-date with the latest marketing trends to analyze our customer behavior and suggest strategies to increase brand awareness and increase sales. As the assistant GM I work with the general manager on HR matters (staff issues, employee checkups), staff training and advancement, and team morale events outside of work.
