I graduated with an Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science and Spatial Analysis from the University of North Georgia in 2012. Since then, I have gained experience in sales, customer service, and logistics in various industries. I am currently a Customer Success Rep at Veeam Software, where I help customers achieve their business goals with our cloud data management solutions. I have strong skills in hardware, customer relationship management (CRM), and problem solving. In my previous roles, I managed customer accounts and freight for LTB Logistics, and provided quotes, capacity options, and lane optimization for clients. I also helped customers comply with safety requirements and managed their inventory needs as a First Aid and Safety Sales and Service Rep at Cintas.
