I have the privilege of working with people with disabilities, empowering them to live fulfilling lives, and bring awareness to the community around them. As well as an SSA, I have worked within the Day Service setting as a Director, Art Coordinator, and in Supportive Employment. I have also traveled throughout Ohio, leading large Art projects at the People First of Ohio Conferences, volunteering at camps for children with disabilities, and being part of the Ohio Art Think Tank. Community Awareness is very important to me, and I have worked collaboratively with high school and college students to expand their knowledge to the world around them. I want to continue to work with the public, students and parents, and use my experience to help guide them towards a path of happiness and enrichment in their lives. I participated as a coach/partner for the Ashland Co Special Olympics Golf team.
