About Brandon Ferrell

I strive to learn everything new and exciting. My passions exist around the computer science and A/V fields. I have accomplished and obtained a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Geology. My focus has centered around Database management, Global Information Systems, and Legacy based systems. Throughout my educational career, I have learned various programming languages such as C/C++, C#, Ocaml, and Python.I am currently in the Audio/Video field with Fusion A/V, where I have continued to apply my skills I have learned at Clemson. As a A/V Designer, my responsibilities require me to design and research AV equipment and systems, create detailed scope of work documents, communicate and cooperate with sales/operations, vet and research new products, create system drawings or markups, and satisfy the customers expectations by providing a robust and detailed proposal. I am also in charge of being the On-site Lead and overseeing that the job reaches completion to scope and expectation via extensive documentation and installation.I have also worked with various trade and technical aspects as hobbies and side jobs. These include Automotive work: I have been working on Cars since I could drive. My original project involved building a forged Nissan VG33E(T). This process has involved extensive review and research of documentation on this motor. With the end goal being to end up with a powerful but well-built engine that goes above Factory specifications. I have also delved into the world of ECU Tuning with systems like Nistune, Haltech, and MS3. I have gone to the extent of doing a completely new body and engine harness for the vehicle. Along with the VG33E(T), I have upgraded and tuned a Toyota 3RZ-FE, and am currently tuning a RB20DET.General Construction Work: My job for most of my educational career was in the business of general home construction. This process included electrical (AC), woodworking, plumbing, painting, and demolition. I was primarily freelance but did work and cooperate with small crews in order to complete projects.
