About Brandon Field

I spent a large portion of my life learning how to effectively communicate and interact with those around me. I developed these skills through academic programs, athletics, and waiting tables/ bar tending to pay for College. I feel this in combination with my optimism and initiative make me vital to any team I am privileged to be a part of. During my first engineering job with Barnard Construction I was able to use these attributes to develop my professional skills, especially in the field of project estimation and logistics. While with Winn-Marion my drive and dedication to exceed expectations swiftly lead me to being the lead of a 5 man team. Then throughout every job I’ve been able to optimize procedures to effectively increase productivity in what ever task my team was facing.
