About Brandon Fly

With my experience in both supply chain and inventory control environments, as well as my background in management and quality assurance positions, I am confident that I have the skills and qualifications necessary to excel in any role. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated my ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives, while ensuring both quality and safety standards are met. I currently hold the position of operations manager for a small manufacturing business. I handle material ordering, inventory and quality control, shipping and receiving, scheduling and assigning work orders to employees, all while updating customers on their order status. Previously I worked for Home Depot and assisted with the initial opening of a new distribution center. I was one of the first members of their Problem Resolutions Team. I wrote the team’s SOPs and developed the processes the team utilized from then on. I was awarded Employee of the Month after the facility’s first month of full operation. I am seeking a new position that will challenge me and allow me to grow professionally, while also providing for my family and their future.
